Relaxation Techniques
Learn some simple relaxation techniques:
Stretching exercises
Breathing exercises
Relaxation exercises
Learn some theory on the effects of relaxation on the body, both physically and mentally.
How long does it take? The workshop takes 1-2 hours, depending on your requirements
How people many can participate? Up to a maximum of 20 people can participate in each workshop.
What should participants wear? Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing.
What is the ideal workspace for the workshop? The ideal workspace for the workshop allows each participant room to lie down with about 1m between each of them. The room should also be warm and quiet. We can do the entire workshop seated but if there is an open space where people can lie down, we recommend it
What should participants bring with them? If required we can provide yoga matts. We would ask you to bring a blanket and a small pillow.
Head & Shoulder Massage
Learn easy and effective massage techniques to promote relaxation and a sense of wellbeing. It’s great for teambuilding and creating a good atmosphere in the office!
How long does it take? Depending you’re your time requirements 1-3 hours. We recommend the 2-3 hour time period
How any people can participate? Up to a maximum of 20- 26 people can participate in each workshop.
What should participants wear? Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing.
What is the ideal workspace for the workshop? The ideal workspace for the class would have enough space to have for 13 people to sit, with enough space around them for their co-worker to manoeuvre around them. We do the entire workshop seated, so enough chairs would also be required.
What should participants bring with them? A small pillow between two people is handy but not necessarily essential.
